INTRODUCTION
These cases involve an appeal of an order issued by the bankruptcy court disqualifying the law firm of Nielsen and Senior from representing both debtors in possession because of an apparent conflict of interest. Ill B.R. 347. Because the sole issue on appeal involves representation in both cases, this court previously consolidated the cases for purposes of this appeal.
