OPINION

KENNETH J. MEYERS, Bankruptcy Judge.

The debtor, Granite Sheet Metal Works, Inc. (hereafter “debtor”), filed a chapter 11 petition on August 14, 1992. On August 31, 1992, the debtor filed a motion for leave to employ the law firm of Farrell & Long, P.C. to represent it as the debtor in possession.
