OPINION
WILLIAM F. TUOHEY, Bankruptcy Judge.
Three professionals currently representing the Unsecured Creditors Committee in this Chapter 11 bankruptcy have petitioned the Court for authority to represent individual members of the Creditors’ Committee. The three professionals consist of New York general counsel, New Jersey local counsel and a New York accounting firm. 1 Specific authority is sought to file law suits against the debtor’s former accounting firm asserting that said accountants improperly performed their duty.
