RAKOFF, District Judge.
By motions made October 20, 2006 pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(6), defendant Bloomsbury Publishing, PLC (“Bloomsbury”) moved to dismiss all claims against it (Counts I, II, and III of plaintiffs First Amended Complaint) and defendants Laura Albert a/k/a J.T. Leroy and Underdogs, Inc. (“Underdogs”) moved to dismiss Counts I, II, IV, VII, and VIII against them. By Order dated November 29, 2006, the Court dismissed Counts I, II, and IV against all defendants (including defendant Judi Farkas, even though she has not moved), and denied the motions in all…
