This suit is the result of Defendant’s termination of Plaintiff Frank L. Danfelt as a Washington County, Maryland bus driver. Plaintiff filed a three-count complaint in the Circuit Court for Washington County, Maryland, alleging breach of contract (Count I), wrongful discharge based on. a violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act, 42 U.S.C. § 12101 et seq.
