OPINION

DROWOTA, Justice.

This Worker’s Compensation appeal presents two issues on which the law has been long and well-settled; these issues are: (1) whether an injury to an employee during a lunch break on the employer’s premises arose out of and in the course of employment, and (2) whether material evidence supports the trial court’s determination of the extent of disability. The trial court found that the injury in this case was compensable and awarded Plaintiff, Buford T. Holder, benefits for 50% permanent partial disability to the body as a whole.
