This is an action in tort seeking recovery from three defendants for the conscious suffering and death of the plaintiff’s intestate, Joseph Francis Gaudette (Gaudette) as the result of a collision of two motor vehicles. The declaration is in twelve counts, two against each defendant for the death of Gaudette, and two against each defendant for his conscious suffering.
