This is a petition in equity filed in the Probate Court of Norfolk County by Wellesley College, which was incorporated by St. 1870, c. 85, for the purpose of establishing and maintaining “an institution for the education of youth” and which, pursuant to the said statute and subsequent statutes in amendment thereof, has maintained an institution for the higher education of young women.
