MEMORANDUM OF OPINION

YOUNG, District Judge.

The plaintiff, Sheilah Mahan (“Mahan”), brings this employment discrimination action against her employer, the Boston Water and Sewer Commission (“the Commission”) and her supervisors Ralph Donofrio (“Donofrio”) and Joseph Foley (“Foley”) (collectively “the Defendants”). At the summary judgment hearing on the Defendants’ Motion for Summary Judgment, this Court dismissed all claims against Donofrio and Foley, concluding that there is no individual liability under Title VII and no individual liability under Chapter 151B as to the claims raised by…
