Appellees, who are partners in the practice of medicine, sued appellants, who are adult brothers, upon an account for services rendered J. M. Rentfrow. To show a cause of action against J. D. Rentfrow, appellee Lancaster testified: “On about the 2nd day of July, 1893, J. D. Rentfrow came after me at night to go and see his brother J. M. Rentfrow, who lives about seven miles from Granbury.
