ORDER ON OBJECTION TO CLAIM OF EXEMPTION

THIS MATTER comes before the Court on the Objection to Debtor’s Claim of Ex emption (“Objection”), filed by Harvey Sender, Chapter 7 trustee (the “Trustee”), and the Debtor’s Response. The parties have elected to submit this matter to the Court based on briefs, rather than requesting an evidentiary hearing.
