This cause is before the Court after a Hearing on the Trustee’s Motion for Turnover and Objection to the Debtors’ claim of exemption. In response, the Debtor, Eugene McCall, filed a brief and memorandum objecting to the Motion for Turnover. The Trustee then filed a brief in support of his Motion for Turnover, with the Debtor thereafter filing a reply to the Trustee’s brief.
