DECISION AND ORDER

CHARLES A. ANDERSON, Bankruptcy Judge.

This matter is before the Court upon Debtor’s “Motion to Cancel Judgments and Certificates of Judgment Against the Bankrupts” [sic] filed on 14 August 1981. The Motion essentially seeks avoidance under 11 U.S.C. § 522(f) of a judgment lien held by William Earns and Barbara Earns in the amount of $41,453.90. The Court held a hearing on 3 September 1981 to consider the Motion which both Debtor and the lien holders attended.
