The issuance of this opinion has been delayed awaiting a decision of the Fourth Circuit in an appeal involving the same issue. That case has now been dismissed as moot.
The issue before the Court is a contention by appellant Beneficial Finance Company that the Bankruptcy Court abused its discretion by reopening this case after discharge was granted, to allow debtors to file lien avoidance complaints pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 522(f). 18 B.R. 174 (1982).
