Per Curiam::

When this case (with another) was heard in .the Appellate Court two opinions were delivered by Mr. Justice Wall, one upon the issue made by the plea in abatement ■ for the non-joinder of proper parties defendant, and one upon the issue made upon the attachment. They were as follows:
