MEMORANDUM OPINION

BOHANON, District Judge.

This cause came before the Court Friday, March 18, 1977, upon plaintiffs’ “Application to Clarify Plaintiff Class” in the above-captioned class action. Plaintiffs requested that the Court enter Orders certifying the plaintiff class as including “all victims of cancer and their spouses who are responsible for the cost of treatment,” and declaring as members of the plaintiff class all persons certified by a physician as having cancer.
