MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

ROGERS, District Judge.

This is a diversity action in which plain- ' tiff claims that he was defrauded by the defendants. This matter is presently before the court upon the following motions: (1) plaintiff’s motion for class action certification (Doc. # 67); (2) defendants’ motion for a more definite statement (Doc. # 72); and (3) plaintiff’s motion for sanctions (Doc. # 76). The court has heard oral argument on these motions and is now prepared to rule.
