This action was brought by Lena Pietrantonio for the conversion of an automobile by the defendant, but the parties agreed that the cause of action and their rights might be determined as if her husband, Vincent, was the plaintiff. The essential facts found by the court, with such corrections as the appellant is entitled to, may be briefly stated as follows: Early in August, 1933, the plaintiff applied to the defendant for a loan of $150.
