OPINION

FORSBERG, Judge.

This is an appeal from an order of the trial court which denied the defendant’s motion to vacate a writ of attachment. We affirm.

FACTS

On February 23, 1981 the respondent served upon the appellant a summons and complaint, alleging that the appellant had defaulted upon the payment of certain loan installments, which the respondent had been required to pay, as guarantor on the loan. On March 26, 1981 the respondent applied to the court for a writ of attachment, alleging that the appellant was working in South Dakota and was attempting to dispose of certain of his property…
