Plaintiff Federal Trade Commission (FTC) brings this action against corporations and individuals for violations of § 5(a) of the Federal Trade Commission Act (FTCA), 15 U.S.C. § 45(a), and the Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR), 16 C.F.R. Part' 310.
