Defendants sought to exercise the due-on-sale clause in a deed of trust encumbering improved real property in Brea. Plaintiffs instituted this action to enjoin defendants from attempting to accelerate the due date of the unpaid balance of the trust deed loan and from taking steps to sell the property at trustee’s sale and for declaratory relief.
