WEINFELD, District Judge.

Plaintiff, Ronson Art Metal Works, Inc., a New Jersey corporation, and the defendant, Brown & Bigelow, Inc., a Minnesota corporation, are manufacturers and distributors of cigar lighters and together with affiliates are parties to a series of patent litigations. In addition to this action three others are pending in two District Courts of Minnesota, Third and Fourth Divisions.
