MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
BATTISTI, Chief Judge.
Defendants have moved for a change of venue, transferring the above-captioned case from this Court to the United States District Court, Southern District of West Virginia, Beckley Division, under 28 U.S.C. § 1404(a). For the reasons outlined below, this Court denies Defendants’ Motion for Change of Venue and retains this action in the Northern District of Ohio, Eastern Division.
