MEMORANDUM OPINION
COBB, District Judge.
The plaintiff, Danny Fletcher, filed this FELA action in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, Beaumont Division, seeking recovery for injuries he sustained in McKinney, Texas, while working for the defendant, Southern Pacific Transportation Company. Defendant has moved to transfer this case to the Sherman Division of the same District, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1404(a). For the reasons stated below, defendant’s motion to transfer is granted.
