Plaintiffs Revolutionary Concepts, Inc. and Ronald Carter appeal the order issued 9 March 2010 granting defendants’ motions to dismiss Ronald Carter’s claims for lack of standing and the order issued 8 March *1042012 granting defendants’ motion for summary judgment. After careful review, we reverse and remand in part and affirm in part.
