STEPHENS, Judge.
*332 Plaintiffs John Newton, et al., and Diorio Forest Products, Inc., et al., appeal from the trial court's Orders and Judgments dismissing their claims against Defendants John M. Barth, Jr. ("Junior"), and John M. Barth ("Senior"), based on lack of subject matter jurisdiction and failure to state a claim upon which relief could be granted. Plaintiffs argue that the trial court erred in determining they lacked standing to assert their claims and that their claims were barred by the applicable statutes of limitations. We agree, and we consequently reverse the trial court's Orders…
