The parties appear in this court as they did in the court below, and will be referred to as plaintiff and defendants. The plaintiff, J. P. Martin ■Company, is a mercantile corporation, with a chain of stores in various places, one of which was located at Bristow, Creek county, and the defendant W. F. O’Connor had been in the employ of the plaintiff for sometime prior to the institution of this suit, as manager of the store located at Bristow.
