By chapter 647 of the Laws of 1928 the Legislature amended article 14 of the General Municipal Law (as added by Laws of 1928, chap. 169) in relation to authorizing towns, villages and cities to establish, construct, improve, equip, maintain and, operate airports or landing fields. This enactment became a law March 27, 1928.
