The plaintiffs in this action by their complaint set forth that they are the owners of a farm situated in the town of. Ira, Cayuga county, N. Y., along the north side of which runs a highway, laid out and established for many years; that the board of supervisors, of the county of Cayuga and State of New York, adopted a resolution designating a road to be run over this highway on the north side of plaintiffs’ land; further, that they caused the defendant J.
