KERNER, Circuit Judge.

Petitioner, Aluminum Company of America (hereinafter referred to as petitioner or compatiy) brings a petition to review and set aside an order of the National Labor Relations Board, while the Board in a cross-petition prays for enforcement of its order. The Board found that the company had engaged in unfair labor practices in violation of section 8(1) and (3) and section 2(6) and (7) of the National Labor Relations Act. 29 U.S.C.A. § 158 (1,3) and § 152 (6,7).
