MEMORANDUM OPINION
WATERS, Chief Judge.
These are actions involving exclusive dealership contracts to sell building panel machines. There is a complete diversity or alienage citizenship and the amount in controversy exceeds $10,000.00. Both actions arc before the court on the motions to dismiss of Knudson Manufacturing Company, Inc., G. A. Knudson, Ltd. and Gary A. Knudson for lack of personal jurisdiction.
Solely for the purposes of ruling on the motions to dismiss, the court can summarize the facts as pleaded and as appear in affidavits.
