MEMORANDUM OPINION

Plaintiff, Wood Manufacturing Company, Inc., brought this action against the defendants for breach of contract and tortious interference with contract, seeking specific performance, compensatory and punitive damages, and preliminary and permanent injunctive relief. The court referred plaintiffs request for a preliminary injunction to the United States Magistrate for a hearing pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(B).
