STEPHENSON, Circuit Judge.
In this diversity action, Roger Bishop appeals from the dismissal of his complaint against three employees of the federal government. The complaint alleged, inter alia, that defendants had coerced Bishop into abandoning his job as a federal safety engineer by threatening to lodge false criminal charges against him. The district court1 held that the complaint failed to state a claim upon which relief could be granted.
