This case involves respondents’ contention that West Publishing Company, through an association it controlled, improperly distributed the association’s surplus funds to all West employees and not just to employees who deposited funds with the association. The sole issue on this appeal involves the application of a six-year statute of limitations to West’s allegedly improper distributions.
