Charles H. Mann, doing business in the name of Southern Hide and Skin Company, brought suit against J. H. Bennett, doing business in the name of Atlanta Hide and Tallow Company. The petition was in two counts. The first count alleges: (1) The defendant is a resident of Fulton County, Georgia. (2) On November 28, 1917, the plaintiff sold to the defendant “from fifteen hundred to two thousand green salted hides, 30# and up, at the price of 20%^ per pound, f. o. b.
