The only question in this case is: did the court properly sustain the general demurrer and dismiss the action for damages brought by Mrs. D. H. Porter against Southern Railway Company? The plaintiff sued in two counts for the homicide of her husband, who was killed, while driving a taxicab, by a train of the defendant on a public crossing in Austell, Georgia.
