This is an appeal from the district court of Lincoln county, wherein the court, in the matter of an assignment for the benefit of creditors, ordered the payment of personal taxes levied against the assignor for several years to first be paid in full out of the assets in the hands of the assignee.

Pertinent facts will appear in our consideration of the questions presented.

It is first urged that the assignee has no right to appeal from the order of the trial court. It is asserted that the order and judgment does not affect the personal rights of the assignee and that he is not aggrieved thereby;…
