— This is a proceeding arising before the Compensation Commission. The employers, Mrs. E. M. George Howard and C. H. Howard, partners, doing business as Nevada Baking Company, have appealed from a judgment of the circuit court affirming a final award of the Missouri Compensation Commission, in which Clay Kelly, an employee of said employers, was awarded compensation in the sum of $2035.33, as against the employers, only.
