June 29, 1938, plaintiff suffered an accidental injury arising out of and in the course of his employment. June 30, 1938, an agreement was entered into between plaintiff and defendant employers and their insurer that plaintiff be paid $12.69 per week “until terminated in accordance with the provisions of the Workmen’s Compensation Law.” This agreement was approved by the Industrial Commissioner and in accordance therewith the sum of $50.76 was paid to plaintiff.
