THIS CAUSE comes before the court on Plaintiffs’ Motions to Compel Responses to Interrogatories and Production of Documents. Defendants have responded to both motions and they are now ripe for disposition.

The complaint filed by Plaintiffs in this case consists of four causes of action arising out of the acquisition of Plaintiffs’ former employer, Infocel, Inc., by Electronic Data Systems Corporation (EDS), and Plaintiffs’ subsequent termination from employment with EDS.
