I. INTRODUCTION

Plaintiff TruePosition, Inc. (“plaintiff’) filed this patent infringement action against Andrew Corporation (“defendant”) on October 25, 2005, alleging infringement of plaintiffs U.S. Patent No. 5,327,144 (“the '144 patent”). (D.I.l) Plaintiff alleged that defendant’s system for locating cellular telephones, called the Geometrix® Wireless Location System, infringed claims 1, 2, 22, 31 and 32 of the '144 patent.
