I. INTRODUCTION
The history of the present litigation has been well-documented in the court’s prior opinions, and is repeated here by way of summary. Throughout the course of the last ten years, the major manufacturers of stents have filed suit in this court asserting claims of infringement of their respective patents against their competitors.
