Appeal from a judgment of the district court.
The facts in this case are not in dispute. Plaintiff was a passenger in a 1910 Chevrolet coach owned by defendant and driven at the time of the accident by his father, William Sellnow, who was killed in the accident. It occurred on September 12, 1918, between 2 and 2:15 p. m. on highway No. 55 about four miles west of Paynesville, Minnesota.
