In a garnishment proceeding wherein the trial court found for the insurer as garnishee, plaintiff appeals from an order denying his motion for a new trial.
Plaintiff, a guest passenger in defendant’s automobile, commenced the garnishment proceeding to recover from defendant’s insurer, the garnishee, the amount of a judgment awarded to plaintiff against the defendant in the main action for damages for personal injuries arising out of an automobile accident.
