This lawsuit arises out of a claim by Martin A. Lehman (the “plaintiff,” or “the doctor”), an orthopedic surgeon in Nassau County, that the defendants, Barbara Kornblau (“Kornblau”), Dennis Dillon (“Dillon”),-Francis D.
