This is an appeal from a judgment for $1,500, recovered against appellant for personal injuries sustained by appellee while working- as a saleslady in appellant’s department store, by being- struck by a part of an electric fan fixture that became detached and fell. This fan fixture was suspended from the ceiling of the room and was attached thereto by a hook. The upper part of the fixture had nothing to do with the actual operation of the fans proper.
