Appellant duly excepted to the action of the court in overruling its motion made at the close of all the evidence for a peremptory instruction directing the jury to find for the defendant, and now seeks to present to this court the question whether there is in this record any evidence which, with the inferences reasonably to be drawn therefrom, is sufficient to warrant a verdict for the plaintiff.
