Plaintiffs Agnes Kittay, Stephen Carponelli, and Donald Millman brought this action individually and on behalf of all persons similarly situated against three insurance companies which issued policies to them respectively and against 20 other insurance companies. The plaintiffs allege that defendants were engaged in the unauthorized practice of law in violation of section 1 of “An Act to prohibit corporations from practicing law 9 9 9” (Ill. Rev.
