The appellants, Sol D. Dennis and wife, and J. H. Donald, brought this trespass to try title suit against Royal Petroleum Corporation, a Texas corporation, Humble Oil & Refining Company, a Texas corporation, R. G. Storey, Harold B. Sanders, Knox W. Sherrill, E.
