This case is before the Court on Defendant Southern Illinois Railcar Company’s Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction Over the Person, Improper Venue, and Failure to State a Claim Upon Which Relief May Be Granted [# 6—1]. Prior to considering the merits of Defendant’s motion, the Court granted Plaintiffs request for discovery to develop fully the jurisdictional facts relating to Defendant’s motion to dismiss.
